We are currently unable to utilize e-check as a payment option. If you prefer to pay your permit fees with a check, please mail it in noting the permit or license number or visit our office to pay in person. We hope to have this payment option available again soon and we apologize for any inconvenience.

Welcome to Merced’s Online Permitting System! Now you can apply for permits/licenses, pay fees online, review permit/license status, request inspections and submit plans electronically at any time and from anywhere.
Business License Customers: To renew your license, select “Renew Application” under Action and complete or update the required fields and submit. Once processed, you will receive a notification of fees due and after fees are paid you will be notified of your renewed license via email. For more information please visit Renew a Business License.
